About Tendero Makanga

Tendero Makanga is a partner in DMH’s commercial and financial services and tax group, with ten years’ experience. She specialises in tax advisory, tax litigation and commercial litigation. Tendero advises corporate and commercial clients on tax planning, the interpretation and application of tax legislation, and tax implications arising from commercial transactions. She represents clients in tax and commercial disputes, including in objections against assessments issued by the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority, mediation and litigation. Her experience includes advising Innscor Africa Group companies, Padenga Holdings, Fastjet Zimbabwe, Tsebo Zimbabwe and FBC Bank on tax matters.
