About Chris Tan

Chris Tan is a senior associate in Christopher & Lee Ong’s projects and infrastructure practice group. Chris focuses on various matters relating to energy (conventional and renewable), projects and infrastructure, and construction and property development. He also regularly advises on issues relating to project documents and management, including issues relating to extension of time, delay and performance liquidated damages, bank guarantees, environmental law and occupational health issues. Chris’ experience further extends to arbitration, adjudication, and court litigation, and he has appeared at all levels of courts in Malaysia. Chris is a member of the Bar Council of Malaysia, the Kuala Lumpur Bar and the Honourable Society of Middle Temple.
