Aanu Odunaike is an associate in UUBO’s private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate teams. She advises diverse clients, including early-stage and mature corporates, private equity and venture capital funds, multinationals, and conglomerates, on a broad range of fund formation, merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, and complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Her clients operate across a diverse range of industries, including in the FMCG, FinTech and payments, real estate, insurance, financial services, pensions, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors, among many others. She plays a key role in supporting the establishment and registration of funds in Nigeria by international clients.
