About Elo Adhekpukoli

Elo Adhekpukoli is a senior associate in UUBO’s Corporate/M&A and Sports teams. With over ten years’ diverse experience in corporate, business restructuring, business recovery, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, projects and dispute resolution matters, he coordinates due diligence investigations and advises on transaction documents and regulatory applications. Elo is a member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Centre, the Legal and Fiscal Study Group of the Nigerian Gas Association, the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners’ Association of Nigeria and the Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (Lagos Branch) where he serves as Publicity Secretary.
