About Kelechi Ibe

Kelechi Ibe is a senior associate in UUBO’s tax, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory teams. He routinely advises on transaction taxes, cross-border and local investments, sell- and buy-side due diligence and advisory, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. He previously worked with the Deal Advisory, Mergers & Acquisition Tax Unit of KPMG in Nigeria. He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a student member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
