Oluwatobi Akintayo is an associate in UUBO’s banking and finance, tax, mining, and fintech teams. He holds an LLM from Harvard Law School, where he focused his studies on international financial regulation. As part of his practice at the firm, Oluwatobi advises local and international clients on a wide range of matters, including transaction tax, corporate tax, energy, mining, debt financing, corporate governance, fintech-related issues, and legal and regulatory compliance matters. He is also a member of U-Law, the firm’s alternative legal service provider catering to start-ups and growth businesses in Nigeria.
