About Ozofu ‘Latunde Ogiemudia

Ozofu ‘Latunde Ogiemudia is a partner in UUBO’s corporate advisory, private equity and mergers & acquisitions teams. She co-heads the firm’s Corporate Advisory and Pro Bono practices. Ozofu chaired the Technical Advisory Committee to the 8th Nigerian Senate on drafting the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020. She was the secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, Section on Business Law (2020 – 2022). She is currently the Thematic Lead of the National Assembly Business Environment Roundtable (NASSBER) Regulatory Working Group.
