About Lolade Ososami

Lolade Ososami is a partner and a team lead in UUBO’s taxation (international and corporate tax), corporate advisory, mining and oil and gas teams. She advises on the tax aspects of diverse commercial transactions in various sectors, including banking and finance, fintech, securities transactions, telecommunications, downstream petroleum operations, solid minerals and foreign investment. Lolade has advised on different transaction structures in these sectors. Lolade is ranked by Chambers Global in the Band 1 category for her extensive tax experience. Lolade is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, a member of the Tax Committee of the International Bar Association, and a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
