About Lolade Ososami

Lolade Ososami is a partner and a team lead in Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie’s taxation (international and corporate tax), corporate advisory, mining, and oil and gas teams. She advises on the tax aspects of diverse commercial transactions in various sectors, including banking and finance, fintech, securities, telecommunications, downstream petroleum operations, solid minerals and foreign investment. Lolade is ranked by Chambers Global in Band 1 for her extensive tax experience. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, a member of the Tax Committee of the International Bar Association, and a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
