About Tochukwu Nwankwo

Tochukwu Nwankwo is an associate at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie (UUBO), where he is an integral member of the firm’s tax, banking and finance, and fintech teams. He provides strategic legal and regulatory advice on a broad range of matters, including domestic and international tax structuring, cross-border and local financing transactions, and fintech advisory. Prior to joining UUBO, Tochukwu worked with the International Tax and Transfer Pricing team at Mazars. There, he supported several multinational entities across the energy, manufacturing, financial services and technology sectors, advising on transfer pricing compliance and broader cross-border tax issues.
