About Yinka Edu

Yinka Edu is a Partner in the firm’s Banking & Finance team and heads the firm’s Capital Markets team. She has been involved in a range of banking and finance and capital markets transactions, including advising on the first global depositary receipts programme, the first Eurobond issuance by a Nigerian Corporate, and the establishment of the first ETF to be listed in Nigeria. Yinka is the only Nigerian lawyer to be ranked Tier 1 in Chambers and Partners for fintech work. She is also ranked by Chambers Global for her expertise in banking & finance and corporate/commercial practice.
