graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where she achieved a master's degree in International Economic Law; she also holds a master's degree in international service from the American University in Washington, DC. Before joining the firm, Delia was the Director of the Office of Cooperation and International Affairs in the Ministry of Labor, being in charge of the first complaint within the mechanism of dispute resolution, of labour nature, under the US-PERU FTA. Also, she has been First Supranational Prosecutor in the Ministry of Justice, before international human rights courts, as well as being Peru’s main agent with the Inter-American Court of San José of Costa Rica in 22 trials.
