About Alex MacDuff

Alex MacDuff is a partner in Russell McVeagh’s restructuring and insolvency team with over 11 years’ experience in practice in New Zealand and the UK. He has experience advising in domestic and cross-border distressed situations across the capital structure, including advising borrowers, sponsors, banks and private credit platforms on restructurings, event-driven structuring and enforcement, and distressed refinancings. Alex also acts for insolvency practitioners in formal appointments, such as receiverships, voluntary administrations and liquidations.
