About David Hoare

David Hoare has a significant reputation as a leading private equity and mergers and acquisitions lawyer who receives consistent and exceptional recommendations from his high-profile clients. He is the “go-to” for complex corporate matters, drawing on over 25 years’ experience leading clients through all aspects of complex corporate and commercial transactions. David was the previous practice group chair for the National Corporate Advisory Group. He was admitted to practice in England and Wales in 2003 and spent the next four years polishing his international commercial law practice at Herbert Smith Freehills in London. David became a partner in 2007 and has previously acted as chair of Russell McVeagh’s board.
