David Weavers leads Russell McVeagh’s acquisition finance offering and regularly acts for global and regional private equity sponsorFinancial s on their New Zealand transactions. He also acts for all of New Zealand’s major financial institutions and leading credit funds/non-bank lenders. He has completed all three levels of examinations for the Chartered Analyst (CFA) programme. He has many years of experience working on acquisition finance transactions and structures in Europe, Asia and the USA, having been based for many years in London and Hong Kong where he worked for leading US firms before returning to New Zealand.
