About Fred Ward

Fred Ward has been a partner with Russell McVeagh since 1995. With more than 30 years’ experience with the firm, his work has involved offering clients a broad range of taxation services, including advice on cross-border financing structures; mergers and acquisitions; and dealing with the Inland Revenue at all levels of the investigation process, including negotiating settlements. A member of the International Fiscal Association, Fred’s key practice areas are taxation, particularly financing transactions; cross-border transactions; mergers and acquisitions; and tax dispute work.
