About Ling Yan Pang

Ling Yan Pang is a senior associate in Russell McVeagh’s banking and finance group. She returned to Russell McVeagh in 2017 after working in the structured finance group at Linklaters in London. Her practice focuses on structured finance and capital markets, and she also advises on financial markets regulation and derivatives. Ling Yan has acted on securitisations and on listed covered bonds programmes.
