Ling Yan Pang
is a senior associate in Russell McVeagh's banking and finance group. She returned to Russell McVeagh in 2017 after two years with the structured finance group at Linklaters in London. Her practice focuses on structured finance and capital markets more generally, and she also advises on financial markets regulation and derivatives. Ling Yan has acted on securitisations (warehouse and issuances) and on covered bonds programmes listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange, including ASB Bank Limited's covered bond programme and the establishment of TSB Bank plc's covered bond programme. She has recently advised four of New Zealand's largest banks on the Reserve Bank of New Zealand's proposed high-grade RMBS standard.
