About Matt Consedine

Matt Consedine is a senior associate at Russell McVeagh and has significant experience in advising non-bank/direct lenders, sponsors and corporates on a wide range of market-leading cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition finance (across the credit spectrum and including public takeovers), corporate finance, margin lending and restructurings.  In addition to his experience in the New Zealand market, Matt spent four years working at Linklaters LLP in London, where he acted on some of the most complex and significant transactions in the market.
