About Matt Consedine

Matt Consedine is a special counsel at Russell McVeagh and has extensive experience in advising non-bank/direct lenders, banks, sponsors and corporates on a wide range of market-leading cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition finance (across the credit spectrum and including public takeovers), corporate finance, fund finance, real estate finance, margin lending and restructurings.  He has also assisted fund managers with fund formation. In addition to his experience in the New Zealand market, Matt spent four years working at Linklaters LLP in London, where he acted on some of the most complex and significant transactions in the market.
