About Matt Consedine

Matt Consedine is a special counsel at Russell McVeagh with extensive experience advising financial institutions, non-bank and direct lenders, sponsors and corporates on a wide range of market-leading cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition finance (across the credit spectrum and including public takeovers), corporate finance, fund finance, real estate finance, margin lending and restructurings. In addition to his experience in the New Zealand market, he spent four years at Linklaters LLP in London, where he acted on some of the most complex and significant transactions in the market.
