About Matt Kersey

Matt Kersey is a partner with Russell McVeagh in the firm’s national litigation practice group. Matt specialises in general commercial litigation and insolvency, restructuring and finance litigation. His practice includes advising banks and trustees in relation to structuring and enforcement of security, recovery, insolvency and restructuring strategies, and banker/customer disputes. Matt is a member of the Restructuring, Insolvency & Turnaround Association New Zealand (RITANZ), the International Association of Insolvency professionals (INSOL) and the Banking and Financial Services Law Association (BFSLA).
