Ángela María Caicedo Rozo
is a partner and manager of the urban law team at the firm. She has over ten years’ experience in urban and real estate law, during which she has advised Colombia’s largest construction firms and land developers in the structuring and development of some of the country’s largest real estate projects. Ángela is an expert in analysing property titles, urban codes and structuring legal frameworks to minimise risks and guarantee a project’s success. She is a Master’s candidate in urban and regional planning at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
