Carlos Felipe Pinilla Acevedo
is a founding partner at Pinilla Gonzalez & Prieto and general director of the firm. He is qualified as a specialist in legal, accounting and financial regime of taxes from Universidad de los Andes and as a co-ordinator of conflict resolution and litigations, corporate law and taxes, rates and contributions within the firm. He also acts as an arbitrator and attorney in different arbitration courts. Thanks to his track record, he is recognised for having led the structuring of corporate governance in important companies and for designing and implementing financing mechanisms for construction projects. He has more than 20 years’ experience as professor of Roman and civil law in important Colombian universities and he firmly believes that the legal practice must incorporate a comprehensive and interdisciplinary vision to obtain expected results.
