Julián Felipe Rojas Rodríguez is a corporate lawyer with more than eighteen years' experience, with a law degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law (specialising in insurance) from the Queen Mary University of London. His main areas of expertise are corporate law, M&A and real estate transactions. Throughout his professional practice, he has participated not only in the structuring of several real estate projects throughout the country, but also in its implementation.
