About Megan Pocalyuko
Megan Pocalyuko
is an associate at Belmore Neidrauer whose practice focuses on intellectual properly litigation, with a focus on patent infringement and validity. She has extensive trial and appeal experience, having appeared before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Canada. She obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. In law school, Megan participated in the 2019 Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot where she was a semi-finalist in the oral rounds and received the Gordon F. Henderson Award for the best appellant factum.
