About Kenneth Yau

Kenneth Yau is an associate of the litigation, arbitration and investigation practice at Zhong Lun. He has extensive experience in advising local and expatriate clients on a broad spectrum of matrimonial matters involving high-value assets and children’s affairs (including wardship applications). Kenneth has also represented parties in matrimonial proceedings involving disputes concerning third parties’ interests and trust property. Among others, he represented the wife of the chairperson of one of the largest distributors in the watch industry in the PRC, and a family member of one of the largest companies headquartered in Malaysia in the casinos and resorts sector.
