About Christiaan Oberman

Christiaan Oberman has been affiliated with Palthe Oberman as a founding partner since the firm’s inception and has over 25 years of all-round experience in employment law. He is involved in advising national and international companies (including several listed companies and (semi) governmental bodies), executive and supervisory boards, and in guiding boards of directors and HR departments through reorganisations. He represents directors and other officers under the articles of association. Christiaan is a board member, on behalf of the Netherlands, of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA). He also publishes regularly on employment law topics and gives lectures and courses.
