About Eric Posner

Eric Posner is a counsel at MoloLamken LLP and a renowned legal scholar whose research interests include financial regulation, antitrust law, and contract law. He is the Kirkland & Ellis Distinguished Service Professor of Law at the University of Chicago Law School and the Arthur and Esther Kane Research Chair. He served as counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division of the Justice Department from 2022 to 2023.
