About Walter Hawes

Walter Hawes is a partner at MoloLamken LLP, who focuses on white-collar criminal matters, complex commercial disputes and appeals. He litigates high-stakes disputes in a variety of federal and state forums, including merits cases before the US Supreme Court. Walter has also represented dozens of clients in criminal and civil investigations brought by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission and other federal and state regulators. Prior to joining MoloLamken, Walter worked at an international law firm in New York and served as a law clerk.
