Hazel has assisted in the resolution of numerous rig contract negotiations and disputes, LNG carriage issues, and marine-related issues generally. She has advised on regulatory issues (AMSA and NOPSEMA) and on pollution incidents and environmental issues in WA, such as in relation to the potential application of specific environmental legislation to FLNG developments. Hazel also advises on a broad range of matters arising under charter parties, contracts of affreightment, transhipment contracts, and bills of lading. Hazel has advised clients in dispute resolution, litigation and domestic and international arbitrations including ICC, LMAA and SIAC.
