About Ruben Dario Atim

Ruben Dario Atim is a tax lawyer with over 20 years of experience. He is the head of the domestic tax and litigation practice at Salaberren & López Sansón. Ruben has helped companies of all sizes achieve their tax objectives. He has designed and implemented tax-planning structures for companies in a variety of industries, including biotech, fintech, mining, energy, real estate and forestry. He also advises on the tax implications of M&A, debt restructuring processes, and tax-free reorganisations. Ruben has also expanded his practice to include private wealth law for high net worth individuals. He is a member of the Tucumán Bar Association and the Buenos Aires Bar Association. He is also a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies (AAEF).
