About Alicia Jiménez

Alicia Jiménez of Rodríguez Angobaldo Abogados obtained her law degree at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) and her master’s in negotiation and conflict resolution from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She enhanced her training in oral litigation in Argentina, at PUCP, and at the California Western School of Law in San Diego. She teaches in diploma programmes at prestigious institutions, delivering specialised courses in labour law. Recognised for designing strategies in complex labour disputes, she is ranked in Labour & Employment in Chambers and Partners’ Latin America Guide 2026, and is also a frequent speaker on labour law and talent management.
