She has extensive experience in complex labour litigation, both individual and collective, including reinstatement claims, wrongful termination cases, nullity claims, damages actions, and disputes concerning economic benefits. She has led litigation teams and managed a broad portfolio of cases for leading companies across a range of industries. Her practice combines technical rigour, a preventive and strategic approach, and a strong understanding of business needs. Additionally, she has experience as a university lecturer and has participated as a speaker in specialised labour law programmes.
