Georgina Rowley is a partner and regularly advises on restrictive covenant issues, both from the initial view on enforceability right through to injunction applications, and litigation in the High Court and beyond. She advised on a high-profile transatlantic case involving the proper jurisdiction of a dispute with a former employee over a stock plan, which was closely watched by multi-national employers. She has led litigation involving sensitive issues relating to sex, disability, race discrimination and whistle-blowing and overseen regulatory investigations and associated litigation for clients in a range of sectors, including retail, financial services, tech and pharma. In addition, Georgina has led multi-jurisdictional reorganisation programmes involving TUPE and redundancy exercises, including on a secondment to a global pharmaceutical group. She also regularly provides advice on the employment aspects of transactions involving employees, including a series of acquisitions by a listed technology company. Georgina is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Industrial Law Society. She regularly contributes to articles on employment law issues.
