Khurram has extensive experience of supporting clients with their complex and strategic employment matters including defending a major investment bank against a complex and high-value equal pay claim, project-managing a post-acquisition integration exercise for a global software company, dealing with the harmonisation of terms and conditions and the automatic transfer of over 2,000 employees across 11 jurisdictions, and devising a protocol for a leading retail bank for responding to data subject access requests from customers and employees. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. Khurram writes extensively on employment and data privacy issues and has published several articles in publications relating to employment.
