About Hubert Edwards

Hubert Edwards is an associate in GrahamThompson’s corporate and financial services, dispute resolution and tax practices. His practice focuses primarily on banking, capital markets, including matters such as CRS and AML/CFT, civil and commercial litigation, property dispute litigation, regulatory and tax matters. He has lectured and presented on anti-money laundering, corporate governance and regulatory subjects. He has also written extensively and presented on fiscal, economic and national development issues. A chartered accountant with extensive experience in financial services, he is a former deputy managing director of a commercial bank and a former banking regulator.
