Christopher Brett Young is a corporate partner at Walkers based in the Cayman Islands. Chris has been practising law in Cayman for eight years and prior to that worked in the corporate/mergers & acquisitions/equity capital markets group of the Melbourne and Perth offices of leading Australian law firm, Clayton Utz. He advises on a wide range of general corporate and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations as well as private equity and hedge fund matters. He regularly acts for major investment banks, large multinational companies, fund managers and corporate trustees on both fund formation and ongoing corporate transactions.
