Alex Drysdale is a corporate partner at Walkers based in the BVI. Alex advises corporates, private equity houses and financial institutions on a broad range of corporate and financing transactions including M&A, capital raisings, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He has a depth of experience advising on public M&A involving BVI-incorporated entities listed on US stock exchanges having represented clients in some of the most significant transactions in the jurisdiction, including the largest ever take-private transaction of a BVI-listed company.
