About Donna Ager

Donna Ager is based in Walkers' London office, where she is a partner in the asset finance group practising Irish law. She is a specialist in the aviation sector with over 20 years of experience of advising financial institutions, investors and operating lessors on structure finance and leasing transactions. Her expertise in aviation extends to a variety of debt capital market products and private equity fund establishments, as well as mergers and acquisitions, all with a focus on aviation. In addition to her extensive private practice experience in both English and Irish law, she has experienced working at Airbus and a top four operating lessor on secondment, where she gained valuable practical and commercial understanding of the aircraft sector.
