About Kim Paiva

Kim Paiva is a group partner in Walkers' Guernsey banking and finance group with 18 years of experience in private practice in onshore and offshore roles. She has a broad banking and finance practice and leads the Guernsey asset finance team. She advises clients across the aviation industry, including owners, lessors and financiers, in relation to aircraft financing and leasing transactions, including aircraft registered or to be registered on 2-REG (Guernsey's Aircraft Registry).
