About Hannah Tildesley

Hannah Tildesley specialises in international commercial litigation, contentious trusts and insolvency. She focuses on complex, multi‑jurisdictional disputes involving banking and funds litigation, appraisal actions, director and shareholder conflicts, and trust restructuring and blessing applications. She also advises on the litigation aspects of corporate deals, including governance issues and director duty matters, particularly where there are insolvency or regulatory concerns. Hannah is an experienced advocate, having appeared in numerous applications and trials before the Supreme Court of Bermuda and the Bermuda Court of Appeal, as well as in arbitrations and tribunals.
