About Omonike Robinson-Pickering

Omonike Robinson-Pickering is a finance partner at Walkers based in the BVI. Omonike’s finance experience comes from working with leading international banks and financial institutions as well as borrowers in general banking, asset and project finance, real-estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance transactions. She also has experience in corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She regularly advises clients on succession matters too, including applications for all types of grants of representation.
