Omonike Robinson-Pickering is a corporate and finance partner at Walkers based in the BVI. Omonike advises clients on a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings and routinely advises on succession matters including applications for grants of representation. She also advises on finance matters and acts for leading international banks and financial institutions as well as borrowers in general banking, asset and project finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance transactions. Omonike has previously worked in Walkers’ Singapore, Hong Kong and Cayman Islands offices.
