Sarah Humpleby is a partner in Walkers’ finance group and is based in the Cayman Islands. Sarah specialises in asset finance and advises clients and leading onshore law firms across the aviation industry, including major operating lessors, financiers and airlines. She advises on a variety of financing and leasing, as well as joint ventures, M&A and restructuring transactions, including loyalty programme financings, and asset-backed securitisations (ABS) transactions.
