Sarah Brehaut
is a partner in Walkers' Guernsey insolvency and dispute resolution group, specialising in contentious insolvency, commercial litigation and regulatory disputes – she is one of the leading litigators in the Island and, until October 2020, was the Bâtonnier, or elected head, of the Guernsey Bar. Sarah has significant experience in all aspects of commercial disputes, as well as considerable experience appearing in the Magistrate’s Court, Royal Court and Court of Appeal.
