Rosalind Nicholson is an insolvency and dispute resolution partner at Walkers based in the BVI. Rosalind specialises in corporate litigation and related advice on strategy, risk management and issues of corporate governance with particular focus on shareholder and boardroom disputes, contested takeovers, and contentious and non-contentious solvent and insolvent corporate restructuring and complex insolvency.
