About Rachel Nightingale

Rachel Nightingale is a partner in the corporate and finance practice at Walkers, and has corporate transactional and advisory experience on complex and cross-border transactions. She advises clients on M&A, take-privates, initial public offerings, private equity investments and exits, amalgamations and corporate restructurings. Rachel has experience of both private and public offerings. Her regular clients include publicly listed companies, private equity, energy and shipping companies, financial institutions and global fintech companies. Rachel also has experience of advising board members on corporate governance requirements and their fiduciary duties in the context of transactions.
