Rachel Nightingale is a corporate partner at Walkers based in Bermuda. Rachel has a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory experience. Her practice involves advising clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and disposals, amalgamations and restructurings. She also has experience advising on take privates, and initial public offerings, including on Bermuda, London, and US stock exchanges. Rachel regularly acts for private equity houses, licensed insurance/reinsurance entities, as well as financial institutions and global fintech companies.
