Tony De Quintal
is a senior counsel based in the Cayman Islands office in the regulatory and risk advisory group. He specialises in financial services regulatory law and risk management, and has more than 18 years’ experience, including more than nine years working for the FSA in the UK (now the Prudential Regulation Authority) and the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. Prior to joining Walkers, Tony was global general counsel of an international fintech, leading the legal and regulatory/compliance function for the international payment services business and its associated fintech developments, payment systems and processes, payments network and prepaid cards.
