About Khalil Mechantaf

Khalil Mechantaf is a legal director in the international arbitration practice at Kennedys, Dubai office. He has over 15 years of experience in the GCC and specialises in construction, infrastructure and energy-related disputes. He has represented and advised employers and contractors in a variety of disputes before Disputes Adjudication Boards and in arbitration before various arbitration centres, including ICC, LCIA, SIAC, DIAC, ADCCAC and UNCITRAL Rules. He has advised on and drafted a wide variety of standard form and bespoke contracts including EPC, O&M, JV, framework and licensing agreements of relevance to the construction sector.
