About Laura Williamson

Laura Williamson is a partner in the commercial litigation team in Kennedys’ Bermuda office. She has a broad commercial practice with a particular interest in multi-jurisdictional/cross-border issues. Her recent cases include trusts disputes, shareholder appraisal proceedings, and litigation and arbitration involving the financial services and insurance industries. She has been involved in arbitrations in the UK, the USA and Bermuda, and has many international clients. Laura was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2011 and worked as a barrister in London for a number of years before moving to Bermuda in 2019.
