About Mark Chudleigh

Mark Chudleigh is managing partner of Kennedys’ Bermuda office, with over 30 years of commercial litigation and insurance experience including in London, the USA and Bermuda. Mark’s (re)insurance practice includes matters involving entities in Bermuda, other British Overseas Territories, the USA, Europe and Asia. He is well known for his work in relation to international (re)insurance arbitrations and has been involved in arbitration proceedings in the USA, the UK, Switzerland, Canada and Bermuda, and under various institutional rules including those of the ICC, UNCITRAL, ARIAS, JAMS and LCIA. Mark’s litigation practice includes commercial/corporate litigation, insolvency and trust matters. He frequently acts as an expert witness on Bermudian law and is regularly appointed as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.
