About Lisbeth Benavides

Lisbeth Benavides is counsel at Miranda & Amado and leads the firm's fintech practice. Her practice focuses on Financial Law and Bankruptcy Law, with extensive experience advising companies on local and international financing structures. She advises fintech companies, startups, and payment platforms on regulatory matters, product structuring, licensing before supervisory authorities, and partnerships with financial institutions. Her fintech expertise includes designing compliance frameworks for innovative business models. Lisbeth joined the firm in 2010, holds a law degree from Universidad de Lima, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
